This challenging 4-day stage race offers riders the opportunity to conquer four meticulously crafted routes weaving through rugged, exhilarating terrains and breathtaking landscapes. The event is renowned for its technical trails, demanding ascents, and a cumulative elevation gain of approximately 10,000 meters, ensuring a truly extraordinary experience for seasoned cyclists. The event is offering 4 routes composed of 84, 73, 55, and 22 km respectively. When event organisers are talking about commitment, they’re not just talking about communication. Some of the sections are really exposed and the trails are sometimes very technical.
Participants will traverse the scenic paths of the Drôme and Hautes-Alpes, immersing themselves in the natural beauty of the French countryside. The race emphasizes camaraderie and self-sufficiency, with bivouac-style camping under the stars, organic meals sourced from local producers, and a strong sense of community among riders.
