The Portugal Brasil Ride is an unprecedented mountain bike race, comprising six stages. The event will make its debut in a six-day stage race, passing through the territory of Montanhas Mágicas, Castro Daire, São Pedro do Sul and Vouzela. In all, approximately 300 km will be covered in accumulated altimetry close to 8000 meters.
Portugal Brasil Ride aims to place itself as the biggest mountain bike event in Portugal and Europe. The Brasil Ride brand, with twelve years in the market, and an organizer of 14 events per year, brings along with its portfolio the experience of organizing large-scale events.
Portugal, in addition to being the gateway to Europe, explores cultural and gastronomic aspects like no one else, as well as the climate, unique on the continent. As with our main race of the year, Brasil Ride Bahia, and keeping the fact that it is a premium race, spaces were limited to offer the best experience in accommodation and food.
Portugal Brasil Ride arrives to encourage and boost local commerce and, above all, tourism in the region and in the country, bringing athletes and their families from all over the world. The race will cover the exceptional trails of the Magic Mountains, passing through Castro Daire, São Pedro do Sul and Vouzela. All stages are carefully designed to offer athletes the best experience possible, inspired by the diversity of landscapes, trails and terrain with the best that Portugal has to offer.
