Machu Picchu Epic Super Enduro is an incredible 3-day competition, in which you will make 5 descents, with a duration of 10 to 40min each along the Sacred Valley. You will accumulate more than -4,000 mts of negative elevation.
This race is unique in Cusco, Peru, which links the best descents of the Sacred Valley in Cusco, over 3 days of competition. The challenge: accumulate more than -4000 meters of negative altitude. The specials last between 10 to 50 minutes. The descents start at the peaks of the mountains and the connection to the start is made in vehicles of the organization.
The race’s base camp is at the Living Inca City of Ollantaytambo (1.5 hours from the Imperial City of Cusco). The City has all the facilities and options for accommodation and food. Also, if you later want to visit Machu Picchu, the trains depart from there.
It is in Ollantaytambo where we recommend staying since the vehicles (links) depart from there to the specials and return at the end of the day.
Suitable for amateurs as well as professionals.
