Your adventure begins at a serene Buddhist temple, where monks will bless you for success. Along the way, you’ll camp in mystical ancient sites, including locations made famous by Indiana Jones, and rejuvenate in a cool ancient river.
Race through the awe-inspiring ruins of temples over 1,000 years old, and finish your journey at the iconic UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angkor. After crossing the finish line, unwind in a 5-star hotel and celebrate your achievement at the awards banquet, complete with an enchanting local cultural performance.
THE COURSE:
- A majority of the route is on off-road tracks with partly sandy ground, gravel, or forest soil. Only in very few cases (mostly in the area of Angkor), will there be asphalted ground.
- Depending on this year’s rainfall, parts of the track may be muddy.
- The course is mostly flat, and you will be faced with only two significant ascents only – one to 430m, the other to 212m. The same applies for descents.
