CA2CX

The CA2CX MTB Tour is a ride that every keen mountain biker should experience. It’s an amazing trip from Stellenbosch to Knysna, with entries limited to 50 riders.

The tour consists of a 6 stage yearly ride, starting at Klein Joostenberg (Stellenbosch) and heading up through Worcester, Montagu, Ladismith, Calitzdorp, George, and on to a finish in Knysna. There will be a full back up crew, vehicles, as well as medical assistance throughout. The daily route of about 100 km per day, consists of farmlands, spectacular landscapes, and amazing views, totalling around 8000 meters of accumulated ascent.

Riders can enter one of the following groups: 14 – 18kph, 18 – 22kph, or 22kph and up, and accommodation throughout the race will be at 3 – 5 star guesthouses and hotels.

If you needed another reason to join, the tour founder JJ decided in 2013 to make The Herberg Children’s Home the official beneficiary of the funds raised during the CA2CX tours.
